Warbirds Over Oklahoma 2010

All Size Warbirds invited to the 6th Annual 'Warbirds Over Oklahoma'. No Landing Fee..!! AMA is required - Jets must have waiver - Please; 2.4 GHz only (local field 3.75 miles away). This year the event will be held at the El Reno Regional Airport in El Reno, OK. Host club will be the 'Military and Vintage Aircraft Association' (MVAA) of OKC. 'Youth Aviation Activities' for the young ones on Friday, 10:00 to 2:00 in the Main Hanger. WWI Dawn Patrol at daybreak Saturday morning and Hot Air Balloon launch to follow. Air Battle Pyrotechnics show at Noon Saturday set up by the Pros from PyroTech. Food vendors all weekend. Pilot and Guest Hanger social and BBQ buffet on Saturday evening... followed by a full scale Hot Air Balloon evening glow. You can make your buffet reservations during Pilot registration either Friday/Saturday morning. Saturday morning Full Scale Fly-by's and Static display featuring the P-51 Mustang Reno Air Racer, "Miss America". Hanger space for over night storage. RV parking (no hook-ups). Nearby shopping and motels in El Reno, OK. Spectators are invited, no admission or parking fee. Bring lawnchairs, sunscreen, cameras and make time for some exciting R/C Warbird action...!!!
